I’m not sure if any rss readers will post them, but I”m uploading a bunch of old posts that I never migrated over from the old server. Then I’ll go back to your regularly scheduled posting lol.

I have a favor to ask.. everyone who subscribes to this feed, could you please delete it and resubscribe?  I’m trying to track all my subscriptions with feedburner.

Not only will it allow me to visit the kind folks who subscribe to me, but it will be a great visual for the purpose of showing how many people read my blog..

This little tidbit would be helpful in allowing me to host contests with donated items.  People are more inclined to donate an item if they know their own site will get traffic from it.

Trying out new themes.. bare with me!  I decided to try a 3 column layout so I can keep things more organized.. yeah right.  Let me know what you think of the 3 column ones!

Well, last night I uploaded my website to a new hosting provider.  Right now I am with a company called HostMonster.  They give unlimited space and bandwidth and a lot of one click installations.  The main reason for upgrading is that LowestHosting wont upgrade their MySQl and PHP software.  They are still running 3 for MySQL and 4 for PHP.  My new hosting company runs the newest version.  Version 5!  yeah.  I couldn’t upgrade wordpress to this snazzy new version until I could use MySQL 4 and there was no chance of an update with lowesthosting.  If they had upgraded to at least MySQL4, I’d still be with them.  Oh well.  So far, this hosting company is better

Let me know, because I may be deleting some of them.

There are three new themes for Chaos Chronicles.  Green Valley, Citrus, and FallSeason.  Let me know how you like them!

I’ve edited and deleted some categories.  I hope this makes it easier to find what you are looking for in my posts.  Just a note.. Anything that was written in 2008 will be found in the 365 days category, as well as any additional categories it falls into. If it’s pre-2008 it’s NOT in the 365 days category.

So there have been a couple of changes going on here at Musings..

I’ve changed the name of my blog, for one.  I didn’t like my last name being displayed online so I tried to come up with a name that reflects my family.  This are going to get crazy around here (as if they already aren’t!), so I thought Chaos Chronicles would be a great title.  I’m also going through and removing our names from each post.  I’ve come up with “pet” names for kids.  I don’t really want their names all over the net either.  Nothing bad has happend to us, as a result of our names being online, but you can never be too careful nowadays.
Secondly, I’ve got a new layout!  I really like this layout and I may continue to make some more changes to it, by adding more widgets etc.  If you prefer the old layout, just pick the Pinkthree theme from the themes list.
